Mexican Rail type locomotive train engine and coal tender.
Mexican Mountain Engines are a type of steam locomotive used in Mexico. They were built to handle the steep gradients and tight curves of the country's mountain railroads, which were built to link remote mountain communities and exploit the natural resources of the area. These engines pulled small freight and cargo in the rail ways of turn of the century Mexico. The engine has two steam actuated sets of trucks.
