The M4A2 Sherman was used by the US Marines in WW2, and was the primary lend lease AFV provided to Allies. It was powered by a diesel engine, which gave it some advantages over other variants that used gasoline engines, such as being less likely to catch fire. It was armed with a 75mm main gun and two .30 caliber machine guns.

The tank had a crew of five: a driver, a commander, a gunner, a loader, and a hull machine gunner. It had a top speed of around 30 miles per hour and a range of about 120 miles.
